Hey there and nice to meet you. Allow me to introduce myself.
I’m Sherman, a Vancouver-based product designer that's passionate about transforming complex user and business goals into beautiful end-to-end digital products and experiences. I find great excitement in exploring the value that we can drive as designers in today’s ambitious yet ambiguous technological landscape.
My first interaction with the field of Product Design came about back in 2019 when I first stumbled across the documentary “Design Disruptors”. The documentary explored the transformative impact UX design has had in the success stories of many of the tech behemoths we see today, simply by placing user needs at the core of their innovation.
Incredibly inspired by this ethos, I dived head-first into the world of product & UX design and I'm glad to say I haven't looked back since.

My design mantra’s
Learn to fail, quickly.
Great designs emerge from curiosity and persistence. They are less so a stroke of genius and more of the product of countless thoughtful iterations and incremental improvement.
Stay hungry, stay foolish
Our world is ever-changing. I strive to be a lifelong learner, actively seeking teams that are curious and value critique in order to push each other to continuously improve and skill up.
Comfortable being uncomfortable.
Designing for the ever-changing problems and needs of the world means designing for change, complexity, and ambiguity. I’ve learned to trust the process.
Designing with passion & purpose.
I love what I do. Seeing firsthand the impact of the products I have shipped is what get me out of bed everyday and push me to keep fine-tuning my craft.
